The Formula
For Happiness

Role: Design and Art Direction

To promote Gerber’s line of baby formulas, my copywriter and I were tasked with creating digital assets for email, web banners and social media platforms under their “Formula for Happiness” campaign.

This project gave me time to sink my teeth into developing a fun aesthetic featuring a fun group of happy babies.

It also taught me how to push back on traditional approaches and explore creative alternatives. The expectation for this brief leaned towards creating re-usable static images that would be resized accordingly. I sold the idea to incorporate engaging videos and interactive banners designed to illustrate how the product worked.

Banners, Banners,
and more Banners!

For the web banners, I collaborated with an illustrator and programmer to create animated banners that would target moms looking for help dealing with colicky babies.

Banners were made at 5 different specs for all 5 products lines. I am now a MASTER at developing efficient design processes.
